Lloyd Phillips provides well-rounded experience in advanced manufacturing methods and technology to our clients. His expertise includes Operations analysis, Strategic planning, Just-In-Time manufacturing, facilities planning and design, cellular manufacturing, automated manufacturing systems and project management.

Prior to founding HPM Consulting Inc., Lloyd was a Senior Manufacturing Consultant with the Ontario Center For Advanced Manufacturing (OCAM). Throughout his consulting career, he has assisted manufacturing and distribution companies in a wide variety of industry sectors in the implementation of productivity and quality improvement programs. Earlier background includes supervisory, technical and managerial experience with American Can Canada Inc.
